Darton Anniversary 2018

It is midwinter, cold and dark. But we have just the antidote: join the Shire of Darton in celebrating yule! A family friendly event, full of cheer and good will, we will herald the spring to come while donning our warmest woollens and furs.

Activities include the Darton championships in archery, fencing and heavy combat. There will be an A&S competition, a market/swapmeet, and a hearty feast.
For the young at heart there will be a boffer tournament, youth categories in archery and A&S, a lord of misrule and a yule log!
Master Iarnulf's sauna yurt will round out the event.

For those coming from far, we will try to accommodate transport and billeting needs around the event; the sooner you get in touch with us the more likely we are to succeed!

If you want to participate in the yule gifts, please note your details on the booking form and bring a small gift (appropriately medieval and
non-gendered). Parents, please bring a small gift for your children - named to make sure they get the right one.
