Officer Reports:

Seneschal –Helewys
Covid-19.  Currently under mundane rules, with a limit of no more than 10 people at a single gathering, this severely restricts our ability to hold A&S meetings.  Fencing and Heavy training are also iffy – I am waiting on notification from the Kingdom Seneschal and the Crown which is expected to issue soon.

Hopefully when we can safely accommodate 20 or 30 + people we will be able to start A&S meetings along with other small events – I would not recommend any camping events given that we are heading into winter in a couple of weeks, and we are already in the cold and flu season – and everyone will be panicking about anyone having anything resembling a sniffy nose or illness.  It is just not worth the risk.

No changes in the account balance. The deposit didn't get paid for the DA event, so we didn't have to worry about getting it refunded.
After much hiccups on my end, aka the case of the disappearing USB that reappeared 11 days later where it was meant to be and where I had looked almost daily...... The Q4/doomsday report went in.

May Crown and DA from last year were finalised. The financial report from Sherwater Summer Feast was drawn up, and as the final payment has just been made, is about to be finalised.

Levies are about to be paid, now that I know can be done as one payment for each type, and does not need to be split into events as well.

Nothing; training still on hold due to mundane restrictions.

Events: 
The 9 May – Day of Fun (silk banners and Shield making) did not happen due to lock-down.

The following events are still tentative and may happen, depending on the what level of alert we will be at, and what level of restrictions of attendance will be allowed:
13 June – Brewers Day; 
4-5 July – The 2nd Stabbython;
24-26 July – Darton Anniversary celebration.
12 September – Day of Fun (working with hot stuff – making Portable Banner holders);
Sometime in October – A Flight Shoot (still to be confirmed); 
14 November – Day of Fun and War Practice; and finally 
12 December – Sherwater Summer Feast.

Darton Anniversary:

I have not received confirmation from Camp Wainui of the cancellation.  I will follow up with this in the next week or so.

Any ideas on what we can do to celebrate our anniversary and where?  We will need to have 3 tournaments – Rapier, Heavy and Archery to decide who will be our new champions.

Kjartan suggested holding an afternoon and evening even at Elmwood in Late July to be our Anniversary event for this year.
