Seneschal –Helewys
The Kingdom Exchequer has confirmed that an extension to 1 August 2019 has been granted.  But hand-over will have to occur in Mid-August at the latest.  I will be advertising the position soon after May Crown to allow for applications to be received and any commentaries to be made.

Marshal – Diego:
Fencing continues to happen – no incidents to report;
Combat continues to happen – no incidents to report;
Archery is happening – no incidents to report.

Scribal Warden – Iarnulfr:
Attended Rowany Festival Scribal Meeting.  Has a bunch of Seals and can now start on AoAs.

Herald – Bernard:
Went to Herald’s meeting at Festival.
Both the Education Deputy and the Ceremonies Deputy will be finishing their terms and Job Descriptions will be advertised soon for these positions.
Bernard heralded Court at Festival.

Events:
May Crown 2019:
It is in 2 days!!  It is happening.
People will be getting fed, and people are coming to site.
Site rules have been done and an email will be sent out with these.
Set-up on Friday – Site will be open from 12 (noon) for set-up of tents etc.  The Event will be open at 4 pm.

Darton Winter Stabbython:
Nothing new – waiting until after Crown.

Darton Anniversary:
Any volunteers to Steward this event? – ask again after Crown has finished.

New Events:
Sherwater – Collegium and other matters

Marianna sent email – the Carterton courthouse has been booked for 27 & 28 July for a public Collegium / display etc.
